  • Sunday: Relaxation Day… I often take Diego for an extended stroll and stretch after
  • Monday: Velocity Run
  • Tuesday: Simple Run & Power
  • Wednesday: Tempo Run
  • Thursday: Power Coaching
  • Friday: Simple Run & Core
  • Saturday: Lengthy Run

I’ve a Tempo Run on my plan for in the present day –> However it’s raining right here (in Southern California)… which doesn’t occur typically.

I often like working within the rain but it surely’s exhausting to do a strong tempo run as a result of the bottom might be slippery (because it hasn’t rained in a very long time the trail might be oily & muddy).

So… I’ll most likely change issues round this week.
